Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje řízení kvality ve společnosti JES CZ s.r.o., přičemž hlavním cílem je za pomocí aplikace nástrojů řízení kvality navrhnout řešení, která by vedla ke zvýšení efektivnosti výrobního procesu. V úvodních kapitolách je vymezen teoretický základ managementu kvality a nástrojů, které se k efektivnímu řízení kvality využívají. Aplikace těchto nástrojů je provedena na základě čtyřtýdenního pozorování v provozovně JES CZ s.r.o. a nachází se v praktické části této práce. Tato část dále obsahuje vymezení informací o společnosti, popis technického zázemí a analýzu výrobního procesu jídelního stolu, na které jsou výsledné výstupy práce demonstrovány. This bachelor thesis concentrates on analysing quality control in JES CZ s.r.o. company. The main objective is to suggest possible improvements in order to increase efficiency of the manufacturing process. Quality management and its tools are defined in the openning chapters and then applied on the manufacturing process. Application of these tools is based on four weeks lasting observation in the company's premises. Practical parts of this thesis also consists of information about the company, description of the technical background and the analysis of dining table's manufacturing process. The outcomes of this thesis are then demonstrated on this particular process.
