Ve své práci jsem se zabýval vývojem českého finančního trhu, jeho regulací a organizacemi, které na něm působí. Hlavním cílem bylo prozkoumat etiku finančních zprostředkovatelů a doporučit spotřebiteli desatero zásad, při jejichž dodržování zvyšuje svou šanci na etický přístup a kvalitní výsledek. Zabýval jsem se také sestavením etického kodexu pro vlastní zprostředkovatelkou činnost. In my work I aimed to describe the history of Czech financial market and the regulatory institutions. I focused on the ethical dimension of czech financial advisors. The main outputs of my work are: 10 principles to get the right advisory service and own ethical codex, which will be used in my own advisory praxis.
