Tato práce se zabývá problémem "hikikomori" v japonské společnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vliv fenoménu hikikomori na budoucnost japonské společnosti. Zaměřím se hlavně na ekonomické a sociální dopady. V první části práce se zabývám definicí problému a jeho charakteristikami. Dál se zabývám příčinámi vzniku fenoménu hikikomori -- příčinami, které souvisí s psychyckým stavem mladých japonců a japonek a příčinámi, které souvisí se změnami na pracovním trhu a ekonomickou situaci od druhe poloviny 90. let. Ve třetí části první kapitoly porovnávám jednotlivé případy hikikomori ve světě s japonským fenoménem. Druhá část popisuje dopady na ekonomický a sociální sektor, jež jsou způsobené fenoménem hikikomori a dál představuje formy podpory a preventivní opatření proti tomuto problému. This thesis focuses on the problem of hikikomori in Japanese society. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the negative influence on Japan's future. In this paper I will focus mainly upon economic and social indicators. In the first part of this paper I introduce the definition of the problem and its features. Next I analyze reasons for the hikikomori condition -- reasons connected with the psychological state of young people in Japanese, the changes on the labor market and the economic situation of the late 1990s. In the third part I will investigate and compare cases of hikikomori outside of Japan. The second chapter describes the influence of hikikomori on the economic and social sector in Japan and introduces forms of social support and measures taken to deal with the problem.
