Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice společné obchodní politiky Evropské unie a obchodním vztahům Evropské unie a Ruska. Práce popisuje zásady, principy a smysl společné obchodní politiky. Cílem je pomocí komparativního výzkumu odpovědět na výzkumné otázky, jak se liší stanovené cíle Evropské unie v oblasti obchodní politiky (plán) od skutečně naplněných (realita) a jaké kroky již byly k dosažení cílů podniknuty. Čerpáno je z koncepčního materiálu Global Europe-competing in the world, veřejného dění a z vyjádření odborníků k danému tématu. Stěžejní část práce analyzuje vzájemné obchodní vztahy s Ruskem, jako jedním z nejdůležitějších obchodních partnerů a aktérem světové ekonomiky, s cílem vyšetřit jejich obchodní zájmy, spory a pozice. This bachelor's paper is focused both on the common European Union trade policy and on the trade relations between the European Union and Russia. This work describes the tenet, principles and the sense of the common commercial policy. The main goal of this work is to answer a reasearch question: Firstly, how much do differ the objectives of the European Union's trade policy (thus the plan) from the actually fulfilled ones (thus, the reality). Secondly, what steps have been taken in order to achieve the objectives. The question is answered by a comparative research.The information were predominantly obtained from a conceptual material of the Global Europe-competing in the world, from publications and from the observations of experts on this topic.The main part of theses analyzes the mutual trade relations with Russia, as one of the most important trading partners and actors of the world economy, in oder to investigate their business interests, disputes and a position.
