Tato práce se zabývá analýzou nákupních podmínek pro dvě prodejny s outdoorovým zbožím, HUDYsport a Rock Point. První kapitola je teoretickým podkladem, vymezuje pojem nákupní prostředí a jsou v ní vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy tvořící nákupní podmínky. Ve druhé kapitole jsou detailně představeny obě analyzované společnosti, především jejich sortiment a služby pro zákazníky. Třetí kapitola se zabývá samotnou analýzou nákupních podmínek v obou prodejnách a jejich hodnocení pomocí dvou metod. První je terénní průzkum a subjektivní hodnocení autorky a druhý je marketingový výzkum pomocí dotazníků. This bachelor thesis analyzes the purchasing conditions of outdoor stores HUDYsport and Rock Point. The first chapter is theoretical base and defines the shopping environment and all elements of purchasing conditions. The second chapter describes both companies, especially their range of goods and their customer service. Finally the last chapter analyzes the purchasing conditions in both stores and judge them in two ways - subjective evaluation and marketing research.
