Třetí část práce je ryze praktická a zabývá se ověřením významu firemní kultury pro uchazeče o zaměstnání.I focus on the role of corporate culture and its impact on functioning of multinational companies in my diploma thesis. The first part is focused on theoretical definition of corporate culture, cultural dimensions and other terms related to the topic. Besides the classical theory, alternative approaches and theories connected with psychology and behavioral economics showing possible negative impacts of implemented corporate culture are described in the first part. Corporate culture of two companies, namely CSOB and a "Big4" representative, is described in the second part. The third part is purely practical and proves importance of corporate culture for job seekers.
