Práce se zabývá analýzou dvou sporů týkajících se světového obchodu s tuňákem v rámci Světové obchodní organizace (WTO) od jejich začátku, příčin, včetně průběhu a postupu, až po fázi konečného řešení. Zmiňuji zde základní informace o tuňákovém průmyslu a jeho obchodování ve světě. Také jsem zde nastínila překážky světového obchodu týkající se světového obchodu s tuňákem a mezinárodní organizace a dohody s tím související. The work deals with the analysis of two disputes related to global trade in bluefin tuna under the World Trade Organization (WTO) since the beginning of disputes, including process and procedure, to the stage of final solution. I mention here the basic information about the tuna industry and commerce in the world. Also, I have outlined the obstacles on global trade in bluefin tuna and international organizations and agreements related thereto.
