Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obchodně-ekonomickými vztahy Portugalska a Brazílie. Práce je dělena do tří kapitol. První hodnotí jejich postavení ve světové ekonomice, potažmo mezinárodním obchodu. Prostřední část práce se věnuje historii spolupráci zemí ES/EU s Latinskou Amerikou s důrazem na probíhající jednání o vytvoření zóny volného obchodu mezi EU a Mercosurem. Poslední kapitola analyzuje vzájemnou obchodní výměnu mezi Portugalskem a Brazílií (od jejího osamostatnění), zvláštní pozornost je pak věnovaná období 2007-2011. This bachelor thesis focuses on commercial and economic relations between Portugal and Brazil. The thesis is divided into three chapters. Firstly, it evaluates their position in the world economy as well as in the international trade. Second chapter is devoted to the history of cooperation between EC/EU and Latin America, with the emphasis on the ongoing FTA negotiations EU-Mercosur. Lastly, this thesis analyses the trade between Portugal and Brazil (since its independence), especially in the period between 2007 and 2011.
