[cze][eng] Důchodové systémy řady zemí se v současné době potýkají s mnoha problémy a důchodový systém České republiky není výjimkou. Největší hrozbou je nepříznivý demografický vývoj obyvatelstva, díky němuž se průběžný důchodový systém nedá finančně udržet. Řešením by měla být důchodová reforma a bakalářská práce se tedy zaměřuje na současné trendy ve vývoji českého důchodového systému. Z počátku se zabývá obecnou klasifikací důchodových systémů, jejich základními typy a způsoby financování. Poté se věnuje historickému vývoji českého důchodového systému a analyzuje současnou situaci v souvislosti s důchodovou reformou. Na závěr rozebírá nutnost důchodové reformy, demografický vývoj české populace a nastiňuje možná řešení.Pension systems in many countries deal with a lot of problems nowadays and a pension system of the Czech Republic is not an exception. The biggest threat is an unfavourable demographic development of population which causes that the pay-as-you-go pension system is not financially sustainable. The solution should be a pension reform and so the bachelor thesis focuses on the current trends in the development of the Czech pension system. At the beginning, it deals with the general classification of pension systems, its basic types and ways of financing. Then it dedicates to the historical development of the Czech pension system and analyses the current situation in relation to the pension reform. At the end, it examines a necessity of the pension reform, demographic development of the Czech population and outlines potential solutions.
