Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty vlastního jmění společnosti Shean, s.r.o., která podniká v oboru tvorby webových prezentací a internetových obchodů. Práce je složena ze 5 částí: Strategická analýza, Finanční analýza,Ocenění softwaru OmnixCMS, Analýza generátorů hodnoty a Vlastní ocenění. V práci jsou použity oceňovací metody EVA Entity a Metoda tržního porovnání. Součástí práce je také ocenění nehmotného majetku firmy nákladovou metodou pro účely ocenění metodou EVA Entity. The dimploma thesis deals with the determination of the market value of equity Shean, Ltd., which is focused on creation of e-shop and websites projects. The thesis consists of 5 parts: Strategic Analysis, Financial Analysis, Valuation of Software OmnixCMS, Analysis of value generators and Valuation. The paper used valuation methods EVA Entity and market comparison method. The work also includes valuation of an intangible asset for valuation purposes by EVA Entity.
