Cílem práce je zmapovat obecné požadavky na obsah a typy vnitřních směrnic pro soukromoprávní typ neziskové organizace - občanská sdružení. Po analýze užívání směrnic v tomto typu organizací se práce věnuje návrhu konkrétních požadavků v různě zaměřených občanských sdruženích. The aim of this work is to map out the general requirements for content and types of internal directives for private non-profit type of organization - civic associations. After analyzing the use of directives in this type of organization dedicated to the work of drawing up the specific requirements in various civic-oriented organizations.
