První díl teoretické části je věnován terminologii, mezinárodním smlouvám, vztahujícím se k problematice uprchlictví a poskytování azylu. V druhém díle je popsána legislativní úprava ČR a nastíněna problematika poskytování služeb žadatelům o udělení mezinárodní ochrany ze strany státu. V praktické části je průzkum mezi žadateli o udělení mezinárodní ochrany a azylanty a zástupci jednotlivých nestátních organizací, mezi jejichž cílovou skupinu spadají azylanti i žadatelé. Cílem průzkumu je zjištění, zda služby, které jsou od neziskových organizací očekávány, jsou těmito organizacemi také naplňovány. The first part of the theoretical section deals with terminology, international agreements related to refugees and providing asylum. In the second part, czech asylum law is described. There is also a brief description of the topic of providing services to asylum seekers from the standpoint of the Czech state. The practical part contains interview with refugees and representatives of NGOs working in the asylum field. The goal of this research is to find out if the services which are expected from NGOs are being provided.
