Tato diplomová práce se zabývá předpoklady manažerů pro vedení lidí. V teoretická části se zabývá vysvětlením významu hlavních pojmů, vývojem pohledů na řízení lidí, manažerským stylům a vedení lidí. Cílem praktické části je určení nejvhodnějšího kandidáta pro vedení z analyzované firmy. This diploma paper is concerned with prerequisites of managers for leadership. In the theoretical section deal with a brief explanation of essential conceptions; evolution of overview to leadership; managerials styles and leadership itself. The main aim of analytical section is assessment of most suitable candidate for leadership of chosen firm.
