Práce v obecné části pojednává o rozhodovacích úlohách v členění podle cíle alokace nákladů a podle vztahu k podnikové kapacitě. Dále se práce zabývá informační podporou pro manažery při řešení rozhodovacích úloh. Praktická část práce obsahuje představení firmy Druchema a popis tří rozhodovacích úloh řešených manažery této firmy. First part of diploma thesis deals with decision making tasks in classification according to objective of expenses allocation and relationship with enterprise capacity. Thesis also deals with information support for managers while solving decision-making tasks. Second part od thesis contains an introduction of Druchema and description of three decision-making tasks solved by Druchema's managers.
