Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti PKS MONT a.s., která se zabývá výrobou plastových oken. Práce se bude především soustředit na připravovanou rozsáhlou investici do výroby a její vliv na hodnotu firmy. Výstupem bude komplexní ocenění společnosti výnosovou metodou jak pro případ uskutečnění investice, tak pro případ, že by investice uskutečněna nebyla. Thesis is focused on business valuation of PKS Mont, a.s., which operates in plastic window manufacturing sector. The valuation considers intended investment to manufacturing capacity expansion and it's influence on company's value. Thesis wil compare company's value both with or without the intended investment, using the method of discounted cash flows.
