Tato práce se zabývá postavením menšinových společníků v akciové společnosti a zvláště pak v procesu tzv. squeeze-outu. Převážně z praktického hlediska jsou rozebírány jednotlivé kroky tohoto procesu a procesně právní aspekty žalob sloužících k ochraně tohoto společníka. This bachelor thesis deals with the position of the minority shareholder in a limited company, describes his rights and posible protection in the process of squeeze-out.
