Cílem mé práce bylo prokázat, zda ženy skutečně vnímají, že jsou diskriminováni. Přemýšlela jsem, zda pobírají za stejnou práci mnohem menší platy než muži a jsou obsazované většinou na nižší posty. Ve svém šetření zabývála jsem se postoji žen k podnikání a k podnikatelskému, a zaměřila se na otázku, zda jsou ženy méně úspěšné podnikatelky. The aim of my thesis was to demonstrate whether women actually perceive that they are discriminated. I wondered whether they receive the same job for much less payment than men and are usually filled at lower posts. In this investigation I dealt with women's attitudes towards entrepreneurship and business environment and focused on the issue of whether women are less successful entrepreneurs.
