Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice investičního rozhodování, která je důležitá pro každý podnik. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení efektivity vybraného investičního projektu. Nejdříve byla provedena finanční analýza pro posouzení stávajícího stavu podniku. Poté byly identifikovány příjmy a výdaje projektu. Dále bylo provedeno hodnocení efektivnosti investice v několika variantách. Na závěr byla zjišťována rizikovost projektu. This thesis deals with the issue of investment decisions, which is important for every business. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of selected investment project.First, we conducted a financial analysis to assess the current status of the company. Then we have identified the revenue and expenditure of the project. We also have assessed the effectiveness of investments in several variants. At the conclusion of the project was assessed risk.
