[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností sester v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou řeči, zraku a sluchu. V dnešní době, kdy se kladou stále větší a větší nároky na sestry při vykonávání jejich povolání je důležité, aby i po stránce komunikace se úroveň zvedla. Komunikace je základní pojítko mezi sestrou a pacientem při vykonávání ošetřovatelské péče. Komunikace je pro profesionální ošetřovatelství jedním ze základních kamenů a je nutné ji neustále rozvíjet, zejména pokud se jedná o komunikaci se specifickými skupinami. Komunikace se znevýhodněnými jedinci, kteří mají narušenou komunikační schopnost, je náročná a vyžaduje znalost komunikačních technik. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je představena komunikace jako taková, její verbální a neverbální část. Dále je popsána komunikace v ošetřovatelství, její význam pro sestry a bariéry, které vznikají při komunikaci mezi sestrou a pacientem. Hlavní části je objasněn pojem znevýhodněný jedinec a rozebrána komunikace sestry s pacientem s poruchou řeči, zraku a sluchu. Empirická část je zaměřena na připravenost sester v oblasti komunikace se znevýhodněnými jedinci. Byly stanoveny 3 cíle, a to zmapovat připravenost sester v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou řeči, připravenost v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou zraku a připravenost sester v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou sluchu. Od toho jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky a to: ?Jak jsou sestry připravené v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou řeči? Jak jsou sestry připravené v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou zraku? Jak jsou sestry připravené v oblasti komunikace s pacientem s poruchou sluchu??. K dosažení cílů a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek bylo provedeno kvantitativní šetření pomocí dotazníků pro sestry rozdaných v Nemocnici České Budějovice a.s., Nemocnici Strakonice a.s. a Nemocnici Písek a.s.. Dotazníků bylo zpracováno 102 a výsledky byly dány do grafů. Šetření ukázalo, že sestry určité zásady komunikace se znevýhodněnými pacienty mají v povědomí, ale je nutné, aby se jejich znalosti uvedly na větší profesionální úroveň. Tato práce může být využita pro studenty zdravotně sociální fakulty v předmětu komunikace, nebo jako edukační materiál pro všeobecné sestry pečující o pacienty s poruchou řeči, zraku, sluchu.This bachelor thesis deals with the preparedness of nurses in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of speech, vision and hearing. Nowadays, when placing ever greater demands on nurses in performing of their profession, it is important to raise the level of communication too. Communication is an essential relationship between a nurse and a patient in performing nursing care. For professional nursing, communication is the one of the cornerstones and must be constantly developed, especially with regard to communication with specific groups. Communication with disadvantaged individuals, who have communication disorders, is difficult and requires knowledge of communication techniques. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is devoted to communication itself (verbal and non-verbal part). It also describes the communication in nursing, its importance for nurses and barriers that arise in the communication between the nurse and patient. In the main part is explained the term of disadvantaged individuals and is discussed a communication of the nurse with a patient with a disturbance of speech, vision and hearing. The empirical part is focused on the preparedness of nurses in the area of communication with disadvantaged individuals. Three aims were set: to chart the preparedness of nurses in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of speech, the preparedness of nurses in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of vision and the preparedness of nurses in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of hearing. The research questions are defined from that as follows: "How are nurses prepared in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of speech? How are nurses prepared in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of vision? How are nurses prepared in the area of communication with a patient with a disturbance of hearing? ". For achieving the aims and for answering the research questions were performed a quantitative investigation using questionnaires for nurses. These were distributed to nurses in the hospital in Czech Budejovice, Strakonice and Písek. 102 questionnaires were processed and the results were given to graphs. The survey revealed that nurses have a certain awareness of the principles of communication with disadvantaged patients, but it is necessary to bring their skills to a more professional level. This work can be used for students of the faculty of health and social in the subject communication, or as educational material for nurses taking care of patients with the disturbance of speech, vision, or hearing.
