Předmětem práce je drobná próza Ignáta Herrmanna z 80. let 19. století, obsažená v souborech Pražské figurky, Drobní lidé ad. Pozornost bude zaměřena k narativním strategiím vybraných děl. Sledovány budou zejména typy vyprávěcích aktů, prezentace vyprávění, koncept fiktivního čtenáře aj. Na úvodní teoretickou část vymezující základní pojmy naváže konkrétní analýza jednotlivých postupů; její výsledky umožní komparaci Hermannových textů s narativními způsoby dalších soudobých textů, za jejichž nejvýznamnějšího, modelového reprezentanta jsou považovány povídky Jana Nerudy. The topic of presented bachelor thesis is the narrative concept of short stories created by Ignát Herrmann. All analysed short stories are included in Pražské figurky and Drobní lidé. We will be focused on narrative strategies of chosen stories. The concepts of fictional narrator, narrative acts and the presentation of narration will be followed as well. Introducing theoretical part will define fundamental terms of narratology and the practical part will be analysing concrete stories. The final results will allow us to compare Herrmann?s stories with the most significant ones ? with the short stories of Jan Neruda.
