Práce se zaměřuje na postoj rodičů k odložené školní docházce dítěte. V teoretické části se autorka zabývá pojmy školní zralost, školní připravenost, školní nezralost a problematikou odkladu školní docházky. V praktické části jsou popsány diagnostické metody posuzování školní zralosti, které používá Pedagogicko-psychologická poradna v Českých Budějovicích (PPP). Dále je popsána komunikace pracovníka PPP s dítětem a s rodiči. Na základě dostupných informací o rodičích, které má PPP k dispozici, jsou analyzovány typy rodičů podle přístupu k odložené školní docházce dítěte. The work is focused on the attitude of parents towards deferred school attendance of the child. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the concepts of school maturity, school readiness, school immaturity and problems of postponement of school attendance. The practical part describes the diagnostic method of assessing school maturity, which uses Pedagogical-psychological consulting room in České Budějovice (PPP). It also describes the communication of the PPP with the child and parents. Based on the available informations about parents, which the PPP has at one?s disposal, are analyzed types of parents according to their attitude to deferred school attendance of the child.
