Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje základní motivační teorie a poznatky, které jsou dostupné o vietnamské kultuře. V praktické části se pokouší aplikovat revidovaný vlastní překlad metody PALS, která rozlišuje směřování k cíli mastery a performance. Výsledky ukazují, že pravděpodobně došlo ke zvýšení reliability škál. Zároveň je ale zřejmé, že některé škály nadále nefungují, a proto by bylo vhodné zamyslet se nad tím, jak je upravit, aby vznikl funkční měřící nástroj pro naše prostředí. This undergraduate thesis summarizes the basic motivation theory and knowledge that is available about the Vietnamese culture. The empirical section of this thesis is attempting to apply the revised translation of the PALS method. The results show that the reliability of the scales has most likely increased. At the same time, it is clear that some scales are still not functioning properly and therefore, it would be appropriate to think about how to edit them to create a more functional measuring tool for our environment.
