Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vlivu vegetariánské stravy na stav chrupu u dospělých. Význam výživy na stav chrupu u dospělých je sporný, a proto se tato bakalářská práce snaží osvětlit problematiku výživy s ohledem na stav chrupu. Velkou roli zde hraje možnost kvalitního prožití života v pozdějším věku na základě včasné prevence a zažitých návyků z doby před dovršením patnáctého roku života jedince. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na anatomii a fyziologii dutiny ústní a na vliv stravy na stav chrupu. V textu jsou uvedeny možné příčiny, léčba, diagnostika a prevence těchto onemocnění v návaznosti na stravu jedince. Dále se zde rozebírají možnosti zlepšení stavu chrupu při příjmu vegetariánské stravy. Cílem praktické části je zjištění nakolik se vegetariánská strava promítá do stavu chrupu dospělých, kolik jedinců se takto stravuje a zda je zde prokazatelný vliv na stav chrupu při příjmu vegetariánské stravy. Praktická část probíhala pomocí dotazníků, pohovorů se specialisty na dentální hygienu a vegetariánskou stravu. Dotazníky byly zpracovány v grafické části. This thesis deals with the influence of a vegetarian diet on dental status in adults. The importance of nutrition on dental status in adults is controversial and therefore this thesis seeks to shed light on the issue of nutrition with regard to dental status. A major role is played by the possibility of enjoying quality of life in older age based on early prevention and experience-those habits from the time before the age of fifteen years of one's life. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity and the influence of diet on dental status. The text lists the possible causes, treatment, diagnosis and prevention of disease in follow-up on the diet of an individual company. It goes on to discuss ways of improving the state of the teeth when receiving a vegetarian diet. The practical part is to determine how the vegetarian diet is reflected in the state of adult teeth, how many individuals are consuming, so if there is a demonstrable impact on the dental status when receiving a vegetarian diet. The practical part was carried out using questionnaires, interviews with specialists in dental hygiene and a vegetarian diet. The questionnaires were processed in the graphics section.
