Tato diplomová práce se zabývá klimatem třídy na prvním stupni základních škol. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá především poznatky souvisejícími s klimatem. Vysvětlení pojmů sociální skupina, klima školy, klima třídy, prostředí a atmosféra. Podrobně je charakterizován mladší školní věk, ve kterém se zkoumaní žáci právě nacházejí. Dále jsou zde uvedeny ostatní faktory, které klima třídy ovlivňují. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum reálného a ideálního klimatu na školách venkovského i městského typu. Dále je zaměřena na rozdíly vnímání klimatu chlapci a děvčaty. Tento výzkum byl prováděn ve školách na Jihlavsku, a to konkrétně v pátých třídách. K tomu byl použit dotazník ?My Class Inventory?. Výsledky výzkumu jsou pak udávány v tabulkách a grafech, k nimž je vždy komentář. This dissertation work focuses on societal climate of an elementary school class. The work is dividend into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part concentrates mainly on the knowledge related to the climate, explanation of the terms such as social group, class and school climate, environment and atmosphere. I characterize the younger school age of examined pupils in detail. Then there are other factors that have an influence on class climate. The practical part concentrates on the research of the actual and ideal school climate both in cities and in the country. I also focus on the difference of perception of the climate between boys and girls. This research was conducted at schools in Jihlava region, specifically in the fifth grades. ?My Class Inventory? questionnaire was used for the research and the results are arranged in charts and graphs with a commentary.
