Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá profesním uplatněním sociálního pedagoga. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je profesní struktura studentů studijního oboru Sociální pedagogika na Pedagogické fakultě Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích a jak studenti vidí možnosti profesního uplatnění po absolvování studia. Teoretická část se zabývá se historickým vývojem sociálně pedagogického myšlení, sleduje sociální pedagogiku jako vědní disciplínu, věnuje se profesi sociálního pedagoga, jeho kompetencím, možnostem uplatnění. Empirická část bakalářské práce je věnována výzkumnému šetření. Je popsána struktura studentů oboru Sociální pedagogika na Pedagogické fakultě Jihočeské univerzity, je zjišťováno, jak studenti vidí své uplatnění po absolvování studia. Další výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno na zkoumání, jak hodnotí studenti význam a přínos studia a rozvoj vlastních kompetencí, zejména profesních, v souvislosti se studiem oboru. K naplnění výzkumných cílů zvolen kvantitativního přístup, metoda dotazování. This bachelor thesis deals with the professional placement of social pedagogues. The aim is to discover the occupational structure of students majoring in the Social Pedagogy study program at the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia in České Budejovice. We also survey how students see their careers opportunities after graduation. The theoretical part deals with the historical development of social pedagogical thinking and studies social pedagogy as a scientific discipline. Furthermore, we look into the profession of social pedagogues, their qualifications and employment opportunities. The empirical part of the thesis informs about our research. It describes the structure of social pedagogy students at the University of South Bohemia. We answer the question of how students see their employment after graduation. The other part of our research project focuses on exploring how students evaluate the importance and benefits of studies and how they develop their professional skills in connection with studying the subject. The quantitative approach method (using a questionnaire) was chosen to meet the research objectives.
