Použití Persteril36 (Acidum peraceticum) v praxi k prevenci mykóz jiker a koupele plůdku jeseterovitých ryb v porovnání s užívanými přípravky se zabývá jejich dezinfekční účinností. V experimentální části byly použity tři koncentrace Persterilu36, jehož aktivní složkou je kyselina peroctová (36%) a mezi dalšími byly hodnoceny ToruMin, Acriflavin, TeraP a AquahumTM. Persteril36 ve vysokých koncentracích jeví jako velice účinný biocid, který nezanechává rezidua a neškodí životnímu prostředí. Ostatní dezinfekční prostředky byly podrobně zhodnoceny ve výsledcích. Některé z nich se jeví jako velice efektivní a předčily očekávané výsledky. Using Persteril36 (Acidum peraceticum) in practice for the prevention of fungal infections of eggs and fry baths sturgeon in comparison with the used products deals with the disinfection efficiency. In the experimental part were used three concentrations Persteril36, whose active ingredient is peracetic acid (36%), and the other were evaluated ToruMin, Acriflavin, TeraP and AquahumTM. Persteril36 in high concentrations appear to be very effective biocide, that leaves no residue and is not harmful to the environment. Other disinfectants have been evaluate detail in the results. Some of them appear to be very effective and they results exceeded expectations.
