Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou Chráněné krajinné oblasti České středohoří a floristickým mapováním. Během vegetační sezóny v roce 2012 proběhlo mapování flóry Českého středohoří. Mapované oblasti se nachází blízko obce Boreč, Prackovice nad Labem a Velemín. Během mapování bylo nalezeno 561 taxonů cévnatých rostlin. Některá zjištění byla velmi zajímavá. Nakonec byla sebraná data vyhodnocena. Mapované oblasti byly srovnány na základě celkové druhové bohatosti, výskytu vzácných a nepůvodních druhů. This thesis focuses on the characteristic of the conservation area České středohoří and the floristic mapping. During the floristic season of 2012 there was realized the mapping of the flora of the České středohoří Mts. The mapped areas lie near the village of Boreč, Prackovice nad Labem and Velemín. During the mapping, there was found 561 taxa of plants. Some of the findings are very interesting. In the end the collected data were evaluated. The mapped areas were compared on the basis of the overall species diversity, the occurrence of the rare and alien species.
