Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika stavebního řízení a vydávání stavebního povolení podle právní úpravy ve stavebním zákoně č. 183/2006 Sb., účinného od 1. 1. 2007, doplněného novelou stavebního zákona č. 350/2012 Sb., platnou od 1. 1. 2013, dále pak charakteristika stavebního řízení ve věci realizace staveb v CHKO a hodnocení krajinného rázu na základě zákona o ochraně přírody a krajiny č. 114/1992 Sb. Práce představuje shrnutí celého procesu povolování staveb. Velká část práce je věnována vybranému území CHKO a konkrétním požadavkům na výstavbu v území, popisu činnosti Správy CHKO a charakterizování průběhu stavebního řízení v konkrétním případě ve zvoleném území CHKO. Území vybrané pro tuto bakalářskou práci je CHKO Blanský les. The aim of this bachelor work is the characteristic of building controllegislation and issuance of building permit under the rules in the Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll., Effective from 1 1st 2007, supplemented by an amendment to the Building Act No. 350/2012 Coll., Valid from 1 1st 2013 and the characteristic of building controllegislation in an implementation of buildings in a protected landscape area and landscape character assessment under the Act on Nature and Landscape Protection No. 114/1992 Coll. This work presents a summary of the whole process of building permits. Much of the work is devoted to the selected protected landscape area and the specific requirements for the construction of the area, description of the protected landscape area administration and characterizing of the construction management in a particular case in the chosen area. Blanský les is the territory selected for this thesis.
