Cílem práce bylo určit pomocí pylové analýzy botanický původ pylových rousek odebraných na severním území CHKO Blanský les a vyhodnotit význam jednotlivých rostlinných druhů v potravě včely medonosné v doletu do 2 km od včelařského stanoviště. Součástí práce je také statistické vyhodnocení, kterým se zjišťovalo, jak bohatá je preference včel v daném odběru, dále v jakém podílu odběrů se rostlinný taxon vyskytl a jaká je podobnost odběrů a jednotlivých rostlinných taxonů z hlediska preference včel. Celkem bylo z odebraných rousek letního a podletního období let 2010 a 2011 napočítáno 23 766 pylových zrn různých typů a rostlinných taxonů. Práce je doplněna fotografiemi vybraných pylových zrn. Objective of the work was to identify botanical origin of bee pollens collected from the northern territory of Protected Landscape Area Blanský les by pollen analysis and assess the importance of individual plant species in the diet of honey bee in the range up to 2 km from the beehive. The work also includes statistical analysis, which examined how rich is the preference of bees in the collection of bee pollens, as well as the occuring of plant taxa in the proportion of samples and what is the similarity of sampling and individual plant taxa in terms of preference of bees. There were counted 23 766 different pollen types and plant taxa of bee pollens collected during summer and late summer between 2010 and 2011. The work is complemented by photographs of selected pollen grains.
