Diplomová práce se zabývá fotochemickými přeměnami dusíku vázaného v organických sloučeninách v přítoku Plešného jezera. Práce zahrnuje sledování kinetiky fotochemických reakcí a sezónní dynamiku organicky vázaného dusíku. This thesis assesses the possible photochemical transformations of nitrogen fixed in organic compounds. The aim of this study was to monitor the kinetics and seasonal trends in photochemical degradation of dissolved organic matter and nitrogen in the first order stream.
