Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výchovně zdravotní edukací v oblasti adekvátního životního stylu u adolescentů ve věkovém rozpětí 17 ? 18 let. Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku v oblasti adekvátního životního stylu adolescentů a sestavení intervenčního programu tak, aby adolescenti po jeho absolvování uměli zařadit adekvátní komponenty životního stylu natrvalo do svého každodenního života. Zároveň je v této práci analyzována typologie životního stylu adolescentů. Výzkumná část přináší poznatky o pozitivním vlivu zpětné vazby intervenčního programu ve vztahu k fyzickému, mentálnímu a sociálnímu zdraví adolescentů. Bylo zjištěno, že adolescenti jsou schopni naplánovat adekvátní komponenty a zařadit je do svého životního stylu. V počáteční fázi lze doporučit edukaci adolescentů odborníkem, který by pomohl s naplánováním adekvátního programu, dohlédl na správné provedení a dovedl je až k trvalé facilitaci. Z výsledků jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení pro naplánování adekvátního životního stylu adolescentů, pro edukaci a autoedukaci v každodenním životě. This thesis deals with pedagogical and health education in the field of adequate lifestyle with adolescents in the age 17-18 years. The aim is to analyze the issue of adequate lifestyle of adolescents and to build an intervention program for adolescents in order to be able - after their graduation - to include adequate components of lifestyle permanently into their daily life. In this text there is also analyzed a typology of adolescents lifestyle. The research provides evidence of positive impact of intervention program feedback in relation to the physical, mental and social health of adolescents. It was found that adolescents are able to plan adequate components and incorporate them into their lifestyle. In the initial phase an expert can be recommended for adolescent education in order to help them with planning of an adequate program, to oversee the correct implementation and to lead them to permanent independence. Conclusions and recommendations are drawn for planning adequate lifestyle with adolescents, for education and selfeducation in everyday life.
