Diplomová práce se zabývá různými přístupy k diagnostice motivační struktury žáků. V teoretické části jsou popsány různé motivační koncepty. Cílem výzkumné části je vytvoření a validizace české verze dotazníku OMQ, deskripce jeho psychometrických vlastností, uvedení položkové analýzy a hodnocení reliability. Jsou použity metody OMQ, STAI, FKS a AMS. Výzkumný vzorek činí 660 probandů ve věku 14-15 let. The thesis deals with various approaches to diagnosis of motivational structure of students. The theoretical part describes the different motivational concepts. The aim of the research is the development and validation of the Czech version of the questionnaire OMQ, description of its psychometric properties, item analysis and reliability assessment. Used methods are OMQ, STAI, FKS and AMS. The research sample is 660 probands in age about 14-15 years.
