Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody, které se v současné době používají k racionalizaci organizačních struktur v bankovnictví. Na praktických příkladech práce popisuje možnosti metod, vysvětluje způsob jejich praktického použití, porovnává je mezi sebou a zhodnocuje jak jsou účinné a vhodné v sektoru bankovnictví. The graduation thesis is focused on the methods which are frequently used for racionalization of organization structures in the banking sector. Thesis discribes practical examples to present racionalization organization methods, theirs practical using, compare them and assess their effectivity and relevancy for the banking sector.
