[cze][eng] Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývala vybranými deficity mezigenerační interakce mezi sociálními pracovníky a drogově závislými klienty v různých věkových kategoriích. V mezigenerační interakci se objevují deficity, které způsobují vznik mezigeneračních konfliktů. Těmito deficity mohou být různé stereotypy, předpojaté názory, odlišné hodnoty jednotlivých generací a další (30). Cílem mé práce bylo popsat mezigenerační rozdíly v podpoře klienta s drogovou závislostí a sociálním pracovníkem se specifickým zachycením zkušeností klientů. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na popis termínu sociální práce, na její cíle a poslání. Dále popisovala sociálního pracovníka jeho kompetence, komunikační dovednosti, hodnoty a typologie různých přístupů. V závěru teoretické části jsem charakterizovala pojem generace, interakce, mezigenerační konflikty, jejich příčiny a projevy. V mé práci jsem využívala metodu kvalitativního výzkumu. Dále jsem zvolila metodu dotazování, která zahrnovala polostrukturované rozhovory. Výzkum jsem provedla v Psychiatrické léčebně Červený Dvůr se šesti respondenty. Výzkumný soubor byl řízený, takže kritéria pro výběr byla předem známá, a tedy nezávislá na výsledcích (23). Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem šest pacientů závislých na alkoholu, přičemž tři spolupracovali se sociálním pracovníkem stejné generace a další tři, spolupracovali se sociálním pracovníkem starší generace. Výsledky jsem vyhodnotila metodou otevřeného kódování. Z mého výzkumu vyplynulo, že deficity mezigenerační interakce se objevují i v sociální práci s drogově závislými. Objevily se určité neshody, které byly nejen mezigeneračního rázu, ale měly i jiný původ. Někteří respondenti se shodli, že se jim lépe spolupracovalo se stejnou generací, jiní zase uvedli, že raději pracovali s někým starším a zkušenějším. Další respondent zase projevil nedůvěru v mladou generaci a chtěl spolupracovat pouze a jen se starším sociálním pracovníkem, ke kterému měl mnohem větší důvěru. U některých respondentů zase hrály významnou roli vlastnosti, povahové rysy a celkový postoj sociálního pracovníka. Záleželo jim hlavně na tom, aby byl sympatický, aby si s ním rozuměl, chápal ho, snažil se mu pomoci, jednal s ním tak, jak klient potřeboval, a projevoval k němu respekt a úctu. V některých případech mohlo hrát důležitou roli to, že klient jednal se stejným pohlavím, a tudíž si s daným pracovníkem více rozuměl. Jinému zase mohlo vyhovovat, že jednal s osobou opačného pohlaví, se kterou se mu jednalo mnohem lépe, jelikož se více ve svém životě opačným pohlavím obklopuje a víc si s ním rozumí. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že všechny tyto rysy hrály při spolupráci sociálního pracovníka a drogově závislého klienta klíčovou roli. Pro efektivnější spolupráci sociálních pracovníků s klienty drogově závislými na alkoholu bych doporučila, aby se sociální pracovníci více zajímali o své klienty a o jejich potřeby, aby se jich i zeptali, se kterou věkovou skupinou by raději jednali, s kým by se jim lépe pracovalo a od koho by raději uvítali pomoc. Tento výzkum bych doporučila jako studijní materiál pro zkvalitnění sociální práce s drogově závislými klienty.Abstract This thesis dealt with selected deficits of intergenerational interaction between social workers and drug addicted clients in various age categories. In the intergenerational interaction there appear deficits which give rise to intergenerational conflicts. These deficits may be different stereotypes, preconceived opinions, values of different generations and more (30). The aim of this thesis was to describe the intergenerational differences in supporting clients with drug addiction and a social worker, who has a specific capture of clients' experience. The theoretical part was focused on the description of the term social work, its objectives and mission. It further included a description of the social worker, his skills, communication skills, values and typology of different approaches, explaining the concept generation, interaction, intergenerational conflicts and their causes and symptoms. In my work I used the method of qualitative research. Furthermore I used the method of questioning, which included semi-structured interviews. I have carried out the research in the psychiatric hospital Červený Dvůr with six respondents. The surveyed sample was controlled, which means the selection criteria were known in advance and therefore independent of the results (23). The research group consisted of six alcohol addicted patients, three of them cooperated with a social worker of the same generation, and three of them worked with a social worker of the older generation. The results were evaluated using the method of open coding. It revealed from my research that the intergenerational interaction deficits occur in the social work with drug addicts. There were some discrepancies that were not only intergenerational in nature, but have a different origin. Some respondents agreed that they cooperate better with the same generation, while others said they prefer to work with someone older and more experienced. One respondent on the other hand expressed his mistrust in the young generation and wanted to work with an older social worker only, in whom he had much more confidence. For some respondents a significant role played characteristics, personal traits and the overall attitude of the social worker. It was important for them that the social worker was nice, understood them, was trying to help them, treated them according to their needs and showed them the respect and esteem. In some cases it could play an important role that the client dealt with the same sex and therefore he better understood the person. For another person it could be better to talk with someone of the opposite sex, with whom he dealt much better, because in his life he is more surrounded by people of the opposite sex and he understands them better. The results showed that all these features play a key role in the cooperation of a social worker and a drug addict client. For more effective cooperation between social workers and drug alcohol addicted clients I would recommend that the social workers care more about their clients and their needs. They can ask the clients for example with which age group they would prefer to deal, with whom they would work better and by whom they would rather welcome the help. I would recommend this research as a study material for the improvement of the social work with drug addicted clients.
