[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se nazývá Zaměstnanost klientů/tek Domu na půl cesty. Teoretická část je členěna na tři oblasti, které se zabývají popisem služby Domy na půl cesty, charakteristikou uživatelů této služby, prostředím, ze kterého přichází, a možnostmi hledání zaměstnání. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný výzkum, použitou metodiku, výsledky a diskuzi. Domy na půl cesty se orientují na mladé lidi do 26 let, kteří po dosažení zletilosti opouštějí školská zařízení pro výkon ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy, popřípadě na osoby z jiných zařízení pro péči o děti a mládež. Dále na osoby, které jsou propuštěny z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody nebo ochranné léčby a v neposlední řadě na mladistvé, kteří se ocitli v nepříznivé životní situaci, kterou nejsou schopni vyřešit vlastními silami. Domy na půl cesty poskytují klientům finančně zvýhodněné ubytování, poradenství a snaží se přechod do neústavního prostředí co nejvíce usnadnit. Při začleňování do společnosti se tito lidé setkávají s mnoha problémy, hledání zaměstnání patří mezi jeden z nich. Vlivem ústavní výchovy postrádají pracovní návyky, bývají psychicky labilní a mají problémy s navazováním nových vztahů. Celkové situaci nepřispívá ani současný stav nabídky volných pracovních míst, který je velice omezený. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat situaci klientů a klientek Domu na půl cesty na trhu práce a odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, s jakými problémy se tito mladí lidé na trhu práce setkávají. Pro získání potřebných dat jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum. Jako metodu jsem použila dotazování s využitím techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a metodu analýzy dokumentů s využitím techniky obsahové analýzy dat. Výzkumné šetření jsem vedla s dvanácti respondenty, se čtyřmi sociálními pracovníky Domů na půl cesty a osmi klienty a klientkami těchto zařízení. Pět z nich bylo nezaměstnaných. Tři respondenti do Domu na půl cesty přišli z výchovného ústavu a ostatní z dětského domova. Dva respondenti měli základní vzdělání, pět respondentů střední vzdělání s výučním listem a jedna respondentka dosáhla středního vzdělání s maturitou. Výstupem výzkumného šetření je zjištění, že situace klientů a klientek Domů na půl cesty na trhu práce je v současné době nepříznivá. Při hledání zaměstnání respondenti využívají internet, inzerci pracovních nabídek v periodikách, osobní kontaktování firem, známé a agentury práce. Pokud jsou nezaměstnaní, mají povinnost být evidováni na Úřadu práce České republiky. Respondenti z řad sociálních pracovníků uvedli, že problémy, se kterými se klienti setkávají, jsou absence pracovních návyků, labilní psychika a nízké komunikační dovednosti klientů, problém se začleňováním do pracovního kolektivu, řešení konfliktních situací se spolupracovníky a vysoká očekávání platového ohodnocení. Respondenti z řad klientů uvedli jako své problémy na trhu práce zejména vysoké požadavky zaměstnavatelů na vzdělání a praxi v daném odvětví a dále komplikace se sestavením strukturovaného životopisu a sepsáním motivačního dopisu. Dva respondenti viděli problém ve své příslušnosti k romské národnosti a jako důvod své nezaměstnanosti uvedli diskriminaci okolní společností. Ani jeden z respondentů se zatím nesetkal se stigmatizací ze strany okolní společnosti z důvodu své ústavní minulosti. Dle mého názoru je podnětné poukazovat na zařízení typu Domy na půl cesty a problematiku mladých lidí, kteří se snaží po odchodu z ústavního zařízení integrovat do běžné společnosti, neboť je důležité, aby se toto téma dostalo co nejvíce do povědomí široké veřejnosti. Tato práce může v praxi posloužit jako studijní materiál pro studenty sociálně právních oborů a sociálním pracovníkům Domu na půl cesty jako zpětná vazba.This Bachelor thesis is called The Employment of Clients of the Halfway House. The theoretical part consists of three areas which describe the services of the Halfway House, the characteristics of its clients and also the possibilities of searching work. The practical part is focused on the research itself, used methodology, obtained results and discussion. The Halfway House is oriented on young people till they are 26 years old and who leave state school facilities for institutional protective upbringing once they reach a legal age. The other groups which this service is oriented on are people who are released from their sentence or from protective treatment. Last but not least, these houses are also intended for young people who suddenly find themselves in an unfavorable life situation which they are not capable to deal with on their own. The Halfway House provides accommodation at a reduced price, advisory and they also try to make the transition of their clients from institutional environment a little bit easier. During this transition, the people have to face many problems and searching for work is only one of them. Thanks to the institutional upbringing, they lack work habits, tend to be more psychically unstable and they usually have more issues with getting into new relationships. Current situation on labour market when the labour supply highly exceeds labour demand and the job offer is quite limited obviously does not benefit to the situation of these people. The aim of this thesis was to map the situation of the clients of the Halfway House and also to answer the research question what problems on the labour market these young people usually face. I chose a qualitative research to gather required data. As a methodology, I used interviewing with a usage of half-structured technique and a method of document analysis with the help of content analysis data technique. The research was performed with twelve people, four respondents were social workers from the Halfway House and other eight people were clients of these providers from whom three were unemployed. Three respondents came to these facilities from upbringing institution and the rest were from children?s home. Two respondents had only basic education, five respondents reached secondary education with certificate of apprenticeship and one respondent had a secondary education with leaving exam. The output of this research is a finding that situation of clients of the Halfway House is unfavorable at current conditions. To find a job, they use internet, job offers in magazines, personal contact with companies, acquaintances and job agencies. During the time they are unemployed, they are obliged to be registered at the Employment Office of the Czech Republic. The social worker stated that other problems the clients encounter on labour market, besides lack of work habits, unstable psyche, low communication skills, were incorporation into work society, solving of conflict situation with co-workers and high salary expectations. Clients themselves stated that the problems on labour market for them were high education expectations from the employers, complications with curriculum vitae compilation and writing of motivation letter. Two respondents also saw the problem in their ethnic membership and as a reason for their unemployment stated discrimination of a society. None of the respondents stated that was discriminated due to their institutional past. In my opinion, it is important to show the facilities like the Halfway House and social issues of young people who try to integrate themselves to a normal life after leaving institutional facilities because it is important to raise public awareness regarding this topic. This thesis can serve as a study material for students of social-law branches and also as a feedback for social worker of the Halfway House.
