[cze][eng] Agentury domácí péče poskytují komplexní zdravotní i pečovatelskou službu jedincům všech věkových kategorií, chronicky nemocným a umírajícím v jejich přirozeném domácím prostředí, nebo v rodinách u svých blízkých. Domácí péči indikuje praktický lékař na základě aktuálního zdravotního stavu klienta. Lidské výkony však nejsou podávány bezdůvodně. Potřeba být užitečný je zakotvena hluboko v každém člověku v jeho osobnosti. Nejdůležitější faktor, který určuje chování každého jedince je situace, ve které se v danou chvíli nachází. Motivace se tedy mění v průběhu času a také vlivem různých okolností (Šamánková, 2006; Cejthamr a Dědina, 2010). Záměrem výzkumného šetření bylo identifikovat motivační činitele sester pracujících v agenturách domácí péče, v souvislosti s výběrem a výkonem povolání. Pro zpracování tématu bakalářské práce byla zvolena forma kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. K získání informací byla použita technika hloubkového rozhovoru metodou dotazování. Získaná data byla následně analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 6 sester poskytujících odbornou ošetřovatelskou péči klientům v jejich přirozeném prostředí, pracujících ve vybraných agenturách působících v jižních Čechách. Výsledkem metody otevřeného kódování bylo identifikováno pět kategorií. První kategorie odhaluje aspekty, které ovlivnily sestry při volbě zdravotnické profese. Sestry byly při volbě svého povolání velmi ovlivněny zkušenostmi s nepříznivým zdravotním stavem z okruhu svých blízkých, nebo samy v sobě cítily potřebu pomáhat a starat se o nemocné. Při výběru povolání v agentuře domácí péče byly sestry ovlivněny především důvody sociálního charakteru, které identifikuje druhá kategorie. Nejčastěji se pro zaměstnání v agentuře rozhodovaly sestry po návratu z mateřské dovolené, kdy upřednostňují absenci směnnosti. Dalším důvodem je nevšední a zajímavé pracovní prostředí a možnosti, které jim tato práce nabízí. Třetí kategorie popisuje motivační činitele, které sestry shledávají především v rozmanitosti a volnosti v jejich pracovním prostředí, jež jim nabízí možnost samostatnosti, seberealizace, naplnění cílů a předpokladů. Za důležité považují dostatek uznání ze strany klienta a jeho rodiny, ale také ze strany zaměstnavatele. Cítí uspokojení ze své práce a z možnosti kontaktu s lidmi. Významnou roli zastává i pracovní kolektiv, který označují za nedílnou součást výkonu jejich práce. Čtvrtá kategorie odhaluje demotivující faktory, které sestry ve své práci pociťují. Patří mezi ně především nedostatek uznání a zájmu ze strany zaměstnavatele, nízké finanční ohodnocení, komunikační bariéra a neefektivní spolupráce mezi ošetřovatelským týmem, nedostatek pracovních sil a nejistota. Osobní rysy, kterými se sestry prezentují, charakterizuje poslední pátá kategorie. Vlastnosti, k nimž jednomyslně patří zájem o klienta, jeho zdraví, spokojenost a psychickou pohodu, lze označit pojmy prosociální chování, empatie, zodpovědnost, samostatnost a důslednost. Výše specifikovanými kategoriemi byl vytvořen proces interakce těchto skupin, které se určitým způsobem vzájemně ovlivňují. Praktickým výstupem této bakalářské práce je rámec doporučení, určený vedoucímu managementu agentur domácí péče, týkající se oblasti motivace svých zaměstnanců.Home care agencies provide comprehensive health and care services for individuals of all ages, chronically ill and those dying in their natural home environment or in families by their close relatives. A general practitioner indicates home care according to the current health status of the client. However, human performance is not given without reason. The need to be useful is deeply embedded in every man in his personality. The most important factor that determines the behavior of each individual is a situation in which we occur at the moment. The motivation is therefore change over the time and due to different circumstances (Šamánková, 2006; Cejthamr a Dědina, 2010). The aim of the research was to identify the motivating factors of nurses working in home care agencies, related to the occupational choice and profession. The following objectives were established on based of this research project. The form of qualitative research was chosen for elaboration of the subject of the bachelor?s thesis. The technique of depth interview by method of questioning was used to obtain the information. The acquired data were then analyzed using open coding method. The research sample was consisted of 6 nurses, who work in selected agencies operating in southern Bohemia, providing professional nursing care to clients in their natural environment. Five categories were identified as a result of the method of open coding. The first category reveals aspects that influenced nurses in choosing of a medical profession. The sisters were really influenced during choosing their profession by the experience of adverse health condition from the circle of loved ones or they felt in themselves the need to help and care for the sick persons. The nurses, when they chose their carrier in the agency home care, were affected mainly by social nature reasons, that are identify in the second category. The nurses after returning from maternity leave decide mostly for a job in the agency, because they prefer the absence of the shift work. Another reason is an unusual and interesting working environment, opportunities that this job offers to them. The third category describes the motivational factors that give nurses especially diversity and freedom in their working environment, which offers them the option of independence, self-fulfillment, fulfillment of the objectives and assumptions. The nurses considered to be very important a recognition of the client and his family, but also from the employer?s side. They feel the satisfaction of their work and also of the possibility to be in contact with people. An important role also takes a working team, which they describe as an integral part of their work performance. The fourth category reveals demotivating factors that nurses? experience in their work. These include in particular the lack of recognition and interest from employers, low salaries, communication barriers and inefficient cooperation among nursing team, labor shortages and uncertainty. The last fifth category is characterized especially by personal traits, which the nurses present. Behavior to which unanimity belongs interested in the client and his health, satisfaction and psychological well-being can be described by concepts pro-social behavior, empathy, responsibility, independence and consistency. The above specified categories established a process of interaction of these groups that interact among themselves in a certain way. The practical outcome of this bachelor?s thesis is a framework of recommendations designated for head of the management of home care agencies, concerning the motivation of employees.
