[cze][eng] Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit názory porodních asistentek na homeopatii, akupunkturu a akupresuru v těhotenství, za porodu, v šestinedělí. Na základě tohoto cíle byla zvolena výzkumná otázka: Jaké názory mají porodní asistentky na homeopatii, akupunkturu a akupresuru v těhotenství, za porodu, v šestinedělí? Druhým cílem bylo zjistit zkušenosti porodních asistentek s homeopatií, akupunkturou a akupresurou v těhotenství, za porodu, v šestinedělí. Stanovená výzkumná otázka k tomuto cíli zní: Jaké zkušenosti mají porodní asistentky s homeopatií, akupunkturou a akupresurou v těhotenství, za porodu, v šestinedělí? Další cíl této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit názory žen těhotných, rodících, v šestinedělí na homeopatii, akupunkturu a akupresuru. Stanovená výzkumná otázka k tomuto cíli zní: Jaké názory mají ženy na homeopatii, akupunkturu a akupresuru v těhotenství, za porodu, v šestinedělí? Čtvrtým cílem této práce bylo zjistit zkušenosti žen těhotných, rodících, v šestinedělí s homeopatií, akupunkturou a akupresurou. Na základě tohoto posledního cíle byla zvolena výzkumná otázka: Jaké zkušenosti mají ženy s homeopatií, akupunkturou a akupresurou v těhotenství, za porodu, v šestinedělí? Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Empirická část probíhala v období od prosince 2012 do března 2013. Zkoumaný soubor tvořilo deset respondentů, pět porodních asistentek a pět žen, které v těhotenství, při porodu nebo v šestinedělí využily alespoň jednu ze zkoumaných léčebných metod. Jedná se o dva výzkumné soubory, proto musely být vytvořeny dva typy rozhovorů. Jednotlivá data byla zachycena formou audiozáznamu nebo pouze písemně. Nahrávky byly přepsány/transkribovány do formy spisovného textu, poté probíhalo kódování dat pomocí barevných označení jednotlivých částí, pro snazší nalezení hlavních významových kategorií. Při tlumočení dat byly použity citace respondentů. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že vztah porodních asistentek k homeopatii byl převážně kladný. Jen jedna PA měla opačný názor. Akupunktura není porodním asistentkám tak blízká jako homeopatie. Dvě porodní asistentky uvedly kladný názor na tuto metodu. Další tři asistentky vyjádřily spíše neutrální názor, to znamená, že akupunkturu hodnotily v některých věcech kladně a v jiných záporně. Na akupresuru měly všechny dotazované porodní asistentky kladný názor. Homeopatie je mezi porodními asistentkami v praxi nejrozšířenější ze zkoumaných metod. Všech pět porodních asistentek má osobní zkušenost s homeopatickou léčbou. Tři z pěti používají tuto metodu přímo ve své praxi. Akupunkturu nepoužívá ani jedna oslovená porodní asistentka. Vlastní zkušenost s touto alternativou má pouze jedna asistentka. Akupresuru v praxi využívají dvě porodní asistentky z pěti oslovených. Dvě porodní asistentky popsaly osobní zkušenosti s akupresurou, ale v praxi jí nepoužívají. Jedna asistentka v praxi tuto metodu nevyužívá, a ani nemá žádnou osobní zkušenost. Z výsledků jednoznačně vyplynulo, že všechny oslovené ženy mají na homeopatii pozitivní názor. Z dalších uvedených výpovědí vychází, že dvě ženy mají na akupunkturu pozitivní názor. Dvě ženy vyjádřily neutrální postoj, jedna z důvodu nedůvěry ve schopnosti terapeuta, druhá žena si nebyla jistá účinností této metody. Další žena měla záporný názor na tuto zkoumanou metodu. Všechny dotazované ženy uvedly zkušenosti s homeopatickou léčbou, ani jedna nehodnotila léčbu negativně. Zkušenosti s akupunkturou měly tři respondentky, dvě respondentky akupunkturu nikdy nezkusily. Zkušenosti s akupresurou neuvádí pouze jedna žena. Ostatní oslovené ženy zaznamenaly s touto terapií pozitivní výsledky.First aim of the Bachelor Thesis was to obtain opinions about Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period by midwifes. Based on this aim the research question was formed: What is the attitude of the midwifes to Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period? The second aim was to to find out the experience with Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period. The research question is: What kinds of experience have midwifes with Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period? The next aim of this Bachelor Thesis was to obtain opinions of the women about Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period. The formed research question is: What kinds of opinionhave the women about Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period? The fourth aim was to find out the experience of the women with Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period. The relevant research question is: Which experiences have the women with Homeopathic, Acupuncture and Acupressureduring pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period? The quantity method with half-structured interviews was used for the research. Empirical part was carried out between December 2012 and March 2013. The examined file was built of ten respondents - five midwifes and five women who used at least one of these methods during pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period. Due to two examined files two types of interviews had to be made. The data were recorded or written down by hand. Records were after the interview written down in standard language. Afterwards the classification of the data was made by using colour marks to be able to find easier the main topics. By interpreting quotations of the respondents were used. The result of the research was that the relationship of midwifes to Homeopathy is mainly positive. One midwife had a different opinion. Acupuncture is not as close to midwifes as the Homeopathy. Two midwifes had a positive opinion to this method. Three were indifferent which is to explain as a positive and negative opinion in certain matters. Acupressure was evaluated in all cases as positive. Homeopathy is the most prevalent method. All five midwifes have a personal experience with Homeopathy. Three from five use this method in practice. Acupuncture is not used by anyone. Only one midwife has her own experience with Acupuncture. Acupressure is used by two midwifes of five in practice. Two midwifes described a personal experience with Acupressure, but they do not use it in practice. One midwife has neither a personal experience nor uses the method in practice. From the results it was clearly visible that all women have a positive opinion about Homeopathy. From the further answers results that two women have a positive opinion about Acupuncture. Two women have an indifferent opinion? one was not sure about the capabilities of the therapist and the other was unsure about the effectiveness of the method. The last woman had a negative opinion. All questioned women have an experience with Homeopathic treatment none of them evaluated the treatment negatively. Experiences with Acupuncture have three respondents, two have never tried it. Four women have got the experience with Acupressure with a positive result. Only one has no experience with the Acupressure.
