V diplomové práci je hodnocena použitelnost pěti základních metod stanovení transferové ceny uvedených ve Směrnici OECD v podmínkách České republiky (metoda srovnatelné nezávislé ceny, metoda ceny při opětovném prodeji, metoda nákladů a přirážky, metoda rozdělení zisků, transakční metoda čistého rozpětí), dále jsou zde identifikovány problémy související se stanovením transferové ceny při použití těchto metod a naznačeny možné způsoby jejich řešení. V této souvislosti je zde rozebrána srovnávací, funkční a ekonomická analýza sloužící ke stanovení transferové ceny. Součástí diplomové práce je zpracování dokumentace k transferovým cenám při použití metody přirážky k nákladům (COST PLUS). Dále jsou zde řešeny způsoby a kritéria rozhodování o volbě metody. Práce se také zabývá některými daňovými aspekty stanovení transferových cen. Following thesis focuses on analysis of using five basic transfer pricing methods mentioned in the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines in the conditions of the Czech Republic (comparable uncontrolled method, resale-price method, cost plus method, profit split method, transactional net margin method). There are mentioned the problems connected with application of these methods and also suggestions how to fix them. In this respect thesis contains comparable, functional and economic analysis. As a part of the thesis there is an example of the transfer pricing documentation using cost plus method. Next there are noted the ways and criteria of selecting an appropriate method. There are also solved some tax aspects of determining the transfer prices.
