Chrup u dětí mladšího školního věku prochází velkými změnami a jakýkoli nežádoucí zásah do zdravé dentice má vliv na další vývoj zubů. Při úraze rozhoduje časná a správná diagnostika poraněné tkáně, vhodně volené zákroky, pravidelná kontrola vývoje poraněné oblasti a důkladná dentální hygiena, která ovlivňuje proces terapie. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj chrupu a rozdíly mezi dočasným a stálým chrupem, rozbor jednotlivých poranění, jejich nejčastější příčiny a následky úrazů zubů. Práce se zabývá i prevencí úrazů zubů a možnostmi ochrany před dalším úrazem. Součástí teoretické části je popis dentálních pomůcek, způsoby jejich použití a techniky čištění zubů. Praktická část se zabývá stavem hygieny chrupu u dětí před úrazem a po něm. Ke zjištění dat bylo použito dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce bylo vymezení zásad pro péči o chrup po úrazu a vytvořit edukační materiál pro děti mladšího školního věku. Set of teeth in children younger school age going through big changes, and any unwanted interference with healthy dentition in has an impact on the further development of the teeth. When the accident shall be decided by an early and correct diagnosis of injured tissue, suitably elected procedures, periodic inspection of the injured area and thorough dental hygiene, which affects the process of therapy. In the theoretical part describes the development of the dentition and the differences between the temporary and the permanent teeth, the analysis of the individual injuries, their causes and consequences of the most common injuries of the teeth. The thesis deals with the prevention of accidents and the protection options from further injury. Part of the theoretical part is a description of dental equipment, their methods of use and technique of brushing your teeth. The practical part deals with the status of the denture hygiene in children before and after the injury. To determine the data was used a questionnaire survey. The aim of the work was to define guidelines for dental care after an accident and to create educational material for younger school age children.
