Práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu a zhodnocení kapitálové struktury, jejichž výpočet je aplikován na konkrétní podnik z Jihočeského kraje. Analýza byla provedena ve 3 okruzích, kdy nejdříve byla rozebrána kapitálová struktura podniku včetně horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Dále jsou popsány druhy financování a na závěr zhodnocena kapitálová struktura daného podniku. The main aim of this work is financial analysis and evaluation of capital structure, whose calculation is applied to concrete company from the South Bohemian region. The analysis was done in three dimensions, when firstly the capital structure of the company was analyzed including horizontal and vertical analysis. Further, types of financing are described and in conclusion the financial efficiency and capital structure are evaluated.
