Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o srovnání nákladů investovaných do regenerace brownfields a vynaložených na stavby na zelené louce. Členěna je na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou a do 7 kapitol, včetně závěru a sumarizace v angličtině. První kapitolu tvoří úvod do problematiky, druhá pojednává o základních pojmech a faktech spojených s brownfields. V následujících kapitolách je popsáno vybrané zájmové území - Jihočeský kraj, cíle práce a metodika, výsledky komparace a diskuze. This bachelor's thesis deals with comparison costs which were invested into regeneration of brownfields and greenfields. Thesis is break up into 2 parts, theoretical and practical, and into 7 chapters, including the conclusion and summary in english. First chapter make the introduction into the problems, second deals with basic names and facts couple with brownfields. In following chapters are describing choose special-interest territory - South Bohemia, aim of thesis and methodology, result of comparison and discussion.
