V teoretické části popisuji dlouhodobý majetek, jeho rozdělení a vše co obsahuje. V této části popisuji ještě zdroje financování majetku a jejich rozdělení. V praktické části této práce analyzuji vybrané formy financování(úvěry a leasingy) nového majetku společnosti Adorn s. r. o., které jsou na konci práce vyhodnoceny a firmě doporučuji nejvhodnější formu financování nového majetku. In the teoretical part I have described the long - term assets, it´s distribution and all, what the assets contains. In this part I have described the sources for assets financing and their distribution. In the practical part of this thesis I analyze the select forms of financing (creadits and leasings)for the new assets of the company Adorn s. r. o.. These forms of financing are evaluated at the end of thesis and I have recommend to the company the most appropriate form for financing of new assets.
