Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzování a definování klíčových manažerských dovedností ve vybrané společnosti. Dílčím cílem práce bylo zjistit úroveň těchto dovedností v podniku Kostelecké uzeniny, a. s. s následným vyhodnocením. V práci byla použita metoda CAMI. Manažeři společnosti také vyplnili dotazník a zodpověděli několik otázek, které se týkaly rozvíjení dovedností manažerů v tomto podniku. Na základě stanovených výsledků byly navrženy doporučení pro další rozvoj. The main aim of this thesis was analyze and define key managerial skills in selected company. Component aim of this work was find out the levels of these skills in selected company Kostelecké uzeniny, a. s. with subsequent evaluation. Within the work was used the method CAMI. The managers of the company Kostelecké uzeniny, a. s. fill the questionnaire and answered few questions about developing the skills of the managers in this company. The suggestions for the further development skills were set, based on the results.
