V práci byly shromážděny základní informace o označování potravin výživovým a zdravotním tvrzením tak, aby bylo možné vytvořit si ucelenou představu o jejich významu pro spotřebitele. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo vymezit postoj spotřebitelů k poskytovaným informacím. Jakým způsobem jsou spotřebitelé potravin seznámeni s těmito pojmy, jak je vnímají a zda jsou pro ně jasnou a srozumitelnou informací uvedenou na obale. Následně bylo analyzováno, jak aplikují vybrané firmy výživová a zdravotní tvrzení na obalech svých výrobků a jsou-li pro ně přínosem. The work has been collected basic information on nutrition labeling and health claims in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of their importance for consumers. The main aim of this thesis was to determine the attitude of consumers to the information provided. How are food consumers familiar with these concepts, how they are perceived and whether they are clear and understandable information on the packaging. Subsequently, it was analyzed how selected companies applied nutrition and health claims on the packaging of their products and if they are beneficial for them.
