Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma Významní čeští překladatelé italské prózy a poezie v letech 1800 - 1900. Práci jsem rozdělila do dvou částí. První část mapuje vztahy, které byly v této době mezi Itálií a Čechami. Druhá část se zaměřuje na historii překladu, zvláště pak českého překladu, na překládanou literaturu a na konkrétní české překladatele z italštiny tohoto období, na jejich životy, působnost, tvorbu a zájmy, a především na jejich překlady. The Bachelor thesis is focussed on the topic Important Czech translators of italian prose and poetry between 1800-1900. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes the relations between the Italy and the Bohemia. The second part is focussed on the history of the translation, especially on the history of the czech translation, on the concrete translators of italian prose and poetry in this period of time, on their life, interests, fields of action and activities, and on the concrete translations.
