[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zátěží v práci sester a to po stránce fyzické, psychické a sociální. Definuje pojem syndrom vyhoření a pojem stres. Zaměřuje se také na duševní hygienu a na význam prevence syndromu vyhoření. Popisuje úlohu zdravotní sestry, definuje význam pomáhajících profesí a význam supervize u těchto povolání. Ústředním tématem je zátěž sester v sociálních službách z hlediska bio-psycho-sociálního. V práci je popsán syndrom vyhoření, jeho příznaky a prevence, dále je zde popsán stres, jeho příčiny a druhy, význam duševní hygieny a relaxace v práci sester a význam supervize. Praktická část je zaměřena na to, jak sestry, které pracují v sociálních službách, vnímají bio-psycho-sociální zátěž ve své profesi. Výzkum je zaměřen na sestry pracující v domově pro seniory, domově se zvláštním režimem a domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Tato práce zkoumá, která forma zátěže je pro sestry nejvíce stresující, zda se cítí dostatečně ohodnoceny a zda mají čas na odpočinek.This bachelor?s thesis is focused on the physical, psychological and social burden of nurses? work. It defines the burn-out syndrome and the concept of stress. It is focused also on the mental hygiene and importance of the burn-out syndrome prevention. It describes the role of a nurse, defines importance of helping professions and supervision of these professions. The main theme is nurses? burden in social services from the bio-psycho-social point of view. In this thesis the burn-out syndrome, it?s symptoms and prevention is described and also stress, it?s reasons, types and importance of mental hygiene and relaxation in nurses? work and importance of supervision. The practical part describes how nurses working in social services percieve the bio- psycho ? social burden in their profession. The research is focused on nurses working in Home for the elderly, Home with special regime and Home for people with the disability. This work examines which form of the burden is the most stressful for nurses and whether they feel valued enough and whether they have time to relax.
