[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na monitoring a evaluaci sociálních služeb. Zmíněná problematika není příliš známá veřejnosti, proto jsem se rozhodla, že toto téma zpracuji. V sociální oblasti se stále něco mění a zdokonaluje, v platnost vchází zákony, novelizace, vyhlášky a probíhají sociální reformy. Dá se tedy říci, že v téhle oblasti, především v poslední době se toho hodně děje. V první části této práce jsem se pokusila nastínit tuto problematiku. Tato část obsahuje tři zásadní témata, a sice sociální služby, monitoring a hodnocení (evaluaci). Část druhá, tedy výzkumná, je věnována aplikaci teoretických poznatků získaných z literatury do praxe. V první části je popsána metodika výzkumu a jsou vytyčené výzkumné otázky. Výzkum jsem kvůli tématu zvolila kvalitativní. Dle mého názoru je v této oblasti důležitý přímý kontakt a tudíž i rozhovor by měl být osobní. Také z důvodu bližšího zaměření se na organizace poskytující sociální služby. Co se týče souboru respondentů, vedla jsem rozhovory v osmi institucích. Instituce jsem vybírala dle dvou kritérií. Zaprvé podle cílových skupin, tedy klientů, pro které je služba určena, snaha byla obsáhnout co nejširší spektrum a za druhé dle registrovaných služeb, které poskytují tak, aby zastupovaly všechny typy sociálních služeb - sociální poradenství, služby sociální péče a služby sociální prevence. Co se výsledků týče, tak byly rozmanité z důvodu různosti poskytovaných služeb a rozdílů mezi cílovými skupinami. Ve všech organizacích je monitoring prováděn. Odpovědi se lišily v tom, jakým způsobem je prováděn a jak často. Na závěr mohu říci, že z toho co jsem vypozorovala, jsou klienti v dobrých rukou. Kvalita poskytovaných služeb se zvyšuje, stejně tak i jejich spektrum. Pracovníci byli ve většině případů do své práce zapálení, stále se snaží přinášet něco nového. Práci podtrhují přílohy, schémata a tabulky. Ohledně přínosu mé práce. Řekla bych, že jde hlavně o určité vniknutí do této problematiky. Její přiblížení a prozkoumání.This thesis is focused on monitoring and evaluation of social services. Mentioned issue is not well known to the public, therefore I decided to process this topic. The social sphere is constantly changing and improving and new laws, amendments, regulations and ongoing social reforms come into force. We can say that many changes have taken place in this area of social services especially in the recent years. In the first part of this thesis I tried to outline this issue. This section contains three major subjects such as social services, monitoring and evaluation. Part Two, the research, is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge from the literature into practice. The first section describes the methodics of the research and outlines the research questions. I chose a qualitative research because according to this topic a direct contact is important and therefore the interviews are better to be personal. It is also important because it gives us closer look at the organizations providing social services. With regard to the group of respondents, I have interviewed respondents in eight institutions. The institutions were chosen according to two criteria, firstly by target groups, i.e. the clients for whom the services are intended as the effort was to encompass the widest possible spectrum, and secondly according to the registered services that they provide in a way to represent all types of social services - social consulting, social services and social prevention services. The results are diverse because of the diversity of services and differences between the target groups. In all organizations the monitoring was carried out. The responses differed in the way of implementation and frequency. In conclusion, I can say from what I have observed, the clients are in good hands. The quality of provided services has increased, as well as their spectrum. In most cases the workers were passionate about their work and they try to bring something new into it. The thesis is underlined with attachments, diagrams and tables. This thesis may be beneficial because in my opinion it explores and outlines this issue.
