Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza českého a italského systému trestních sankcí a následné porovnání, zda jsou tyto dva systémy rozdílné, nebo podobné. Podstatnou částí práce je také rozbor, který obsahuje italskou právní terminologii z této oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. První část se zabývá stručným historickým vývojem a základními prameny trestního práva v obou zemích. Ve druhé části je podrobněji vysvětlen systém českých a italských trestních sankcí. Třetí a čtvrtá část se věnuje pouze vybraným druhům trestů a ochranných a bezpečnostních opatření. V části páté je provedena komparace českého a italského systému trestních sankcí, která se zabývá jejich rozdílností, či podobností. Poslední dvě části obsahují rozbor italské právní terminologie a dvojjazyčný glosář. Součástí práce je i résumé, které je psané v italském jazyce. The major aim of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of Czech and Italian systems of criminal sanctions and the sequential comparison of their differences or similarities. Main part of this thesis is also the analysis of Italian law terminology from this part of law. The work is divided into several parts. The first part deals with brief historical development and fundamental sources of criminal law in both countries. The systems of Czech and Italian criminal sanctions are explained in detail in the second part. The third and fourth parts are concerned with only several kinds of penalties and measures of protection. The detailed comparison of Czech and Italian criminal systems of criminal sanctions focused on their differences and similarities is analysed in the fifth part. Final two parts contain the analysis of relevant Italian law terminology and Italian-Czech glossary. The part of this work is also the summary in Italian language.
