Práce zabývající se experimentálním pojetím jazyka románu Mechanický pomeranč se snaží postihnout estetickou, sociální a psychologickou rovinu lingvistického experimentu Anthonyho Burgesse a pokusí se o srovnání jazyka originálu a českého překladu, tzn. vlivu ruštiny na anglický originál (ve spojitosti se slangem londýnské spodní společenské vrstvy ? Cockney) a na český překlad. This thesis deals with an experimental approach to language in a novel called A Clockwork Orange, it tries to express esthetic, social and psychological backround of this linguistic experiment from Anthony Burgess, while trying to compare original language with Czech translation, especially influence of Russian language to the original and the translation (with connection to London slang ? Cockney)
