Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit hlavní zátěžové faktory stresující pedagogy středních státních a soukromých škol a případné rozdíly mezi pohlavími. Výzkum byl proveden formou autorských dotazníků, účastnilo se ho 89 respondentů (63 žen a 26 mužů) z šesti různých gymnázií. Věkové rozpětí bylo mezi 27 a 62 lety, průměrný věk činil téměř 39 let. Průměrná délka pedagogické praxe byla 12 let, nejkratší půl roku a nejdelší 35 let. Učitelé označili jako hlavní zdroje stresu při výkonu jejich povolání nízké platové ohodnocení, časovou náročnost, administrativu a psychickou náročnost. The aim of this research was to find the main stress factors of a state and private secondary school teachers as well as the gender differences in that. The research was conducted through authors questionnaires in which took part 89 respondents (63 women and 26 men) from six different schools. The age range was between 27 and 62 years, the average age was nearly 39 years . The average length of teaching experience was 12 years, the shortest half year and the longest 35 years. Teachers marked as the main sources of stress in their profession low salary, time demands, administrative and psychical demands.
